Whether you’re building functional strength in our one-of-a-kind RiseFit classes or training explosively with your team, every session is designed to deliver results, build confidence, and create community.

RISEFIT

RiseFit is a women’s fitness program designed and implemented by Head Trainer Bridget Runion and owner, Kevin D. Kirkland, both former gymnasts. RiseFit is a one-of-a-kind original program that is fitness based on the foundational strength, core and flexibility training techniques of gymnast. We have a complete weight room and plyo training space. It is one of the most fun and functional programs where community matters, and you wake up with muscles sore you forgot you had.

The class is done in 6 week increments and you can choose to do one- or two-times week.

RISE team training

Rise Team Training is a program designed for athletes from junior high to college and focuses on explosive strength, flexibility, first step quickness, vertical jump and plyo metrics. We teach proper lifting techniques, running techniques and make explosive athletes.

Unlike most group programs, this program is designed for teams or groups that want to train together. Get your team together, give us a call and we will work with you on what days and times work for you.
