Kaytlyn Lytle is the daughter of military father so she moved quite a bit in her early childhood. In 6th grade she moved to San Angelo and attended Glenn Middle School. She later graduated from Central High School in 2022. Coach Lytle is also Rise Raised and started gymnastics at the age of 7 under Coach Kevin when she moved to San Angelo. He pushed her to continue to grow her faith in Christ and showed her how to walk alongside him.

She later competed for Central High School her freshman through senior year. Her team won 4 State Championships during her time there. She started working at RISE in August of 2023 and has loved every minute so far- getting to coach with her coach and use this opportunity to pour into others.  Lytle is currently attending Angelo State University.
