There has never been a power tumbling and trampoline team in San Angelo—until RISE. We are honored to be the first. Tumbling and Trampoline Gymnastics (TNT) is governed by USA Gymnastics as one of the five official disciplines of the sport, with trampoline recognized as an Olympic event. RISE is a certified USA Gymnastics facility, and in just our first five years as a team, we’ve been blessed to earn over 40 State Championships and 7 National Titles. Year after year, our team continues to compete among the best in the country.

While competitive success is a bonus, our heart for team goes much deeper. We are passionate about developing young athletes into incredible humans and walking through the ebbs and flows of life with their families. Being part of the team is a greater time and financial commitment, and our staff intentionally chooses and develops athletes from the ground up to be competitive. We currently have five coaches on staff with USAG Pro Cards, each contributing to the team in various ways.
