Our recreational TNT program is under the direction of Micheal Opincar (Coach Opi). Please take time to read Coach Opi’s bio – he is an absolute phenom. Fundamentals to the max, including training the most important body shapes for tumbling and trampoline. Skills by level with perfect progression is the goal. Tumbling and trampoline requires incredible core strength and flexibility so each class, no matter the age or level, will include conditioning and flexibility.
As an athlete completes skill progressions for each level, they will move up in skill levels no matter their age. Our recreational program is intentional: we expect a lot, push hard, but love even harder. We want to see athletes improve even if they do not have an increased aptitude for gymnastics. We want to see them get stronger, more flexible, and learn how to work. Gymnastics is the greatest sport in the world for helping young people become all around better athletes for any sport they want to play in the future.
