Level 1
  • Bunny Hop (forward, backward)
  • Bear Walk (forward, backward)
  • Front Roll (stand up no hands)
  • Running Front Roll (stand up no hands)
  • Skip (Forward)
  • Hop on 1 foot (right, left)
  • Jump Around Cartwheel
  • Back Roll on Incline
  • Bridge done correctly (hold for 10 seconds)
  • Walk up handstand (hold 5 seconds)
  • 3 shapes (5 seconds) L-sit, hollow, superman
Level 2
  • T-hold hands on the wall
  • Handstands against wall (hold 5 seconds)
  • Cartwheel (correctly done as per Skill Language Document)

  • Wall handstand with 5 shrugs
  • Standing back bend
  • Switch leg cartwheel

  • Round-off Back Handspring on floor with Spot
  • All three splits 80 percent down and one minute bridge
Level 6
  • Standing Back Handspring
  • Power hurdle Round-off Back Handspring on floor unassisted
  • Running round off back handspring on floor unassisted
  • All three splits down all the way and 2 minute bridge
Level 7
  • Power hurdle Round-off Continuous Back Handsprings (at least two)

  • Back tuck with set on tramp
  • Aerial cartwheel
Level 8
  • Round-off Back tuck with set
  • Round-off Back HS Back tuck with set
  • Standing Back Handsprings (continuous)
  • Running Punch Fronts
Level 9
  • Round off multiple back handsprings to Back Tuck with Set
  • Introduction to Whips (tumble track)
  • Front Flip Step Outs
Level 10
  • Back layouts on tramp, tumble track and floor
  • Whips on floor
  • Front Flip Step Outs to Round off back tuck or back handspring tuck
Elite
  • Back full on floor
  • Whips to dismount
